Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Board of Directors of EOC Limited is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of EOC Limited on 15 August 2007, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 31 July 2007 were duly passed.
