SALE OF TWO DORMANT SUBSIDIARIES

The Board of Directors of EOC Limited (“EOC”) wishes to announce that EOC has sold for US$1.00 each, the entire issued and paid-up share capital of the following two dormant companies: 1. Lewek Everbright Shipping Pte Ltd; and 2. Lewek Everglory Shipping Pte Ltd. Each of these companies has a share capital of US$1.00, comprising one ordinary share of US$1.00. With this disposal, the above two companies are no longer wholly-owned subsidiary companies of EOC Limited. The above announcement is not expected to have any material impact on EOC’s share price.
