Ossur: Registration of capital reduction of 7,456,755 shares completed

Reference is made to the Company's announcement no. 9/2015 published on 12 March 2015.

The capital reduction of ISK 7,456,755 nominal value was registered with the Icelandic Register of Enterprises today. 7,456,755 own shares with a nominal value of ISK 1 each were cancelled.

The share capital of Össur is now ISK 446,293,245 nominal value divided into the same amount of shares with a nominal value of ISK 1 each. The Company currently holds 4,650,000 own shares.

The shares cancelled are expected to be removed from trading on NASDAQ Copenhagen with effect from 17 April 2015.
