Ossur hf. offers new shares

Ossur hf. (prosthetic manufacturer), will offer new shares to its Existing shareholders for ISK 60 million nominal value.  The shares that will not be sold to Existing shareholders will be offerd to the public.  The prospectus will be issued tomorrow, 13. April, and subscriptions will be accepted during the period 17. April to 2. Mai.  If there will be a public offer the subscription period will be 3.-5. Mai.  The price to Existing shaleholders is 64 end to the public 69.<br>
