Össur hf: Össur’s total share capital following completion of capital reduction of 2,000,000 shares

Registration of capital reduction completed

Reference is made to Össur’s announcement no. 09/2023 published 10 March 2023.

The capital reduction of ISK 2,000,000 nominal value was registered with the Icelandic Register of Enterprises today. 2,000,000 treasury shares with a nominal value of ISK 1 each were cancelled.

The shares cancelled are expected to be removed from trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen with effect from 31 March 2023.

Össur’s total share capital

According to Article 19 of the Icelandic Act on Issuers’ Disclosure Requirements and Flagging Obligations, an issuer shall make public, as soon as possible, the total number of shares and voting rights following a decrease in share capital.

Össur’s total share capital is now ISK 421,000,000 nominal value divided into the same number of shares with a nominal value of ISK 1 each following the share capital reduction referred to above.

Össur currently holds 701,647 treasury shares that do not carry voting rights.
