Emma Evans, contestant on Sky Living’s My Kitchen Rules, chef, co-founder of The Secret Supper Clwb and founder of the Welsh Mums in Business Network, is bringing the The Secret Supper Clwb party experience to customers’ homes.

From March 2014, dinner party hosts can hand the stress of catering over to Emma, who will design a bespoke menu and help style your venue. Emma works closely with a leading sommelier that will recommend and supply the wine to complement the meal.

At her most recent Secret Supper Clwb event, Emma’s Spanish menu comprised a selection of tapas followed by slow cooked Iberieo pork plumas with smoked buttered potatoes. For desert, diners were treated to churros with vanilla yogurt and chocolate sauce.

Customers can also opt for the three course meal that propelled Emma and her hairdresser co-contestant, Philip Mungean, to the top of the leader board on My Kitchen Rules. This round-winning menu began with pan fried sea bass on samphire with a bisque sauce. The main course, Three Little Pigs, consisted of three delicious variations of pork including pork fillet served alongside olive oil potatoes, braised cabbage, asparagus and cider sauce. Desert was a vanilla panna cotta with rhubarb and ginger compote served with a caramel shard.

Speaking of the new development for The Secret Supper Clwb, Emma said: “I love working with people and creating memorable one-off occasions. Whether formal or informal, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing people enjoy an evening you helped to create. As well the event itself, I love the build-up and working with hosts. Developing bespoke menus to match the personality of the diners and nature of the evening is very exciting.”

As well as preparing food and supplying wine, Emma can arrange live music and entertainment acts.

The Secret Supper Clwb home service is available in any location in the UK, with the first event being booked in Chesham, Hertfordshire on Saturday 3 May. The party of 20 guests will enjoy Emma’s Three Little Pigs menu and a live jazz piano performance. Price starts from £45 per person. Emma Evans and her great team will make the evening stress free for the host, by serving and even clearing away, leaving them to simply enjoy the night.
