(LOS ANGELES, CA) -- Employers Group (www.employersgroup.com), a 115 year old human resources consultancy, announces today the launch of its 2011 Banking Industry Executive Benefits Survey.

Co-produced with Employers Group alliance partner, Meyer-Chatfield Compensation Advisors, the goal of the ten-minute survey is to provide its participants with information to help drive improvements in key executive rewards, retention, and productivity.  As banks move forward in an uncertain regulatory environment, organizations are facing new challenges on the key areas of attracting, retaining, rewarding, and motivating talent.  To further complicate the issue, employers face unusual circumstances today, including retiring baby boomers and an influx of Generation Y into the marketplace.  Knowing which benefits to offer and what an organization can affordably provide can mean the difference between operational success and failure.

“We have seen the complex issues banks face with their executive management team and key talent when it comes to retention,” said Trevor K. Lattin, Senior Vice President at Employers Group.  Adding to this, Lawrence G. Robinson, Senior Executive Compensation & Benefits Consultant with Meyer- Chatfield Compensation Advisors noted, “A comprehensive benefits strategy has never been more important or challenging in today’s economic dynamic environment.”

“Together, Employers Group and Meyer-Chatfield look forward to analyzing the national data results from this survey and being able to provide survey participants with the results in 2011 Banking Industry Executive Benefits Survey to be published later this quarter.”

CFOs, CEOs, and HR professionals at leading banks will find the survey results of particular value.  Employers Group invites companies to participate in the complimentary survey by clicking on this link:
