Correction Regarding Year-End Report 2020

In connection with the preparation of the annual report for 2020, the board and management have stated that tax attributable to transactions reported directly against equity has been reported in the income statement instead of equity. The board has deemed the reporting of tax to be significant enough that a correction of the financial statements must be made and the adjustment has meant that the financial statements have been changed on the following items in relation to the year-end report previously issued:

Decreased profit of the period of                                                                         SEK -11,343 thousand

Balance sheet

Increased equity attributable to the parent company's owners                         SEK  11,343 thousand

Decreased profit of the period of                                                                         SEK -11,343 thousand

The above adjustments are described in the annual report that is intended to be published on April 27, 2021 and adjustments also affect the company's previously submitted quarterly report as of December 31, 2020. Adjustments to quarterly reports will be reported in comparative figures during 2021. Effect of changes in quarterly reports has been disclosed in the annual report.
