EG7 Gives Notice of Early Redemption of Bonds

Stockholm, 2 December 2020
Enad Global 7 AB (publ) will, in accordance with the announcement made on 1 December 2020, make an early redemption of all outstanding bonds 2019/2022 with ISIN SE0012702470 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds.
The early redemption date is set to 30 December 2020. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds, all bonds will be redeemed at an amount corresponding to 106.00 per cent of the nominal amount (i.e. SEK 1,325,000 per bond). The redemption amount, together with accrued but unpaid interest up to and including the date for early redemption, will be paid to each person who is registered as a holder of bonds in the debt register maintained by Euroclear Sweden at end of business on 21 December 2020. In connection with the redemption, the bonds will be delisted from Nasdaq First North.
The company will today send an irrevocable notice of early redemption to all directly registered holders and registered authorised nominees (Sw. förvaltare) in the debt register kept by Euroclear Sweden as of 1 December 2020.
