EG7 has repaid its outstanding bonds and decreased its debt financing costs

Enad Global 7 AB (publ) has today, in accordance with the announcement made on 2 December 2020, completed an early redemption and repayment of all outstanding bonds 2019/2022 with ISIN SE0012702470.
The redemption amount, together with accrued but unpaid interest up to and including the date for early redemption, have been paid out to each person who was registered as a holder of bonds in the debt register maintained by Euroclear Sweden at end of business on 21 December 2020. The bonds have also been delisted from Nasdaq First North.
Prior to the early redemption and repayment, the bonds carried a fixed interest rate of 12 percent per annum. Following the repayment of the bonds and the procurement of certain credit facilities and term loans with Swedbank, EG7’s aggregate debt financing costs have decreased to approximately 3 percent per annum.
