EG7 Receives Approximately SEK 5 Million Through Redemption of Series TO1 Warrants
EG7 announces that the redemption of series TO1 warrants has contributed approximately SEK 5 million to the Company.
On September 1, 2017, it was decided at the Annual General Meeting to issue a maximum of 667,000 warrants of series TO1. One (1) warrant was required to subscribe for one (1) newly issued share during the period October 5, 2017 to September 1, 2020. All warrants have been redeemed to subscribe for shares in the Company. Subscription of shares in the Company with the support of the warrants has taken place at a price of SEK 7.5. The series TO1 warrants were offered to key employees. No additional warrants have been issued by EG7.
Through the redemption of series TO1 warrants, the number of shares of the Company increases to 35,655,526 shares.
