Name Change to Enad Global 7
As of tomorrow, March 19, 2020, the current Toadman Interactive share will be traded under the new name Enad Global 7 (EG7). The change of name for the market-listed share will take effect as a result of the new company name having now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
At the Extra General Meeting on March 3, it was decided that Enad Global 7 AB should be the new name of former Toadman Interactive. The new name has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, which is why the company's market-listed share also changes its name to Enad Global 7 (Ticker: EG7). The change will be implemented tomorrow, March 19, 2020.
The strategic motive for the change of name to Enad Global 7 is to clarify the group structure and strategy with the parent company as a holding company. The Group currently has four separate divisions: Toadman Studios, Antimatter Games, Petrol and Sold Out.
