Sold Out Signs a New Title with White Paper Games
Today, EG7 announces that the subsidiary Sold Out has signed a publishing agreement with White Paper Games.
Toadman Interactive has through its publishing subsidiary Sold Out today entered into a publishing agreement with the independent game developer White Paper Games to release a new, unannounced title on next-generation consoles and PC. Sold Out will invest up to 680,000 GBP and receive 50% of the net revenues of the game.
The new IP will build on White Paper Games’ strengths as exceptional storytellers to deliver an emotional narrative-focused thriller. The title is currently scheduled for release in 2021.
White Paper Games is an independent studio based in Manchester, England. The studio released its first title, Ether One, in March 2014 to critical and popular acclaim. Ether One was nominated for a Develop award for 'Use of Narrative' and was also a finalist at Indiecade 2014. The highly acclaimed, The Occupation was the studio’s second project to date.
