Toadman Interactive to Become Enad Global 7 and Invitation to Press Meeting
Toadman Interactive's Board of Directors today presents a proposal to change the Group's Parent Company’s name to Enad Global 7 (EG7).
The strategic motive for the change of name to Enad Global 7 is to clarify the group structure and highlight the role of the parent company as a holding company. The Group currently has four primary, of each other independent, divisions: Toadman Studios, Antimatter Games, Petrol and Sold Out.
Comment from CEO Robin Flodin:
“The unveiling of EG7 is an important step in clarifying our transformation from solely a developer into a group of companies that covers the entire gaming value chain.”
The name change requires a decision at the Extra General Meeting to which a separate notice has been made.
More information about the new group will be presented during a live broadcast press meeting with Q&A. The press conference will be held in Swedish and sent through Pressträff Direkt on February 4 at 11:00 am CEST.
