ERAS[®] BARRIERS & SOLUTIONS FOR NURSES
ERAS® pathways have been in place for over 20 years and have obviously shown a great deal of success. Despite this there may still be barriers to the implementation. ERAS® Nurses are vital members of the team and being closer to the ground, have unique insights into the implementation of ERAS® pathways – both positive and negative.
