ENTI’s MusicMatrix.com signs hot-off-the-charts Grammy Winner to represent

NEW YORK, NY--(PINKSHEETS: ENTI) August 10, 2010-  Encounter Technologies, Inc. CEO, Rick Dibiase, announces today that its cutting-edge flagship website,  Music Matrix (www.MusicMatrix.com) has finalized negotiations toward securing sensation, Ne-Yo, as its premiere spokesperson.  A short-form agreement was sent today to Ne-Yo’s reps for signature toward a more formal, long-term agreement outlining the deal in accordance with copacetic discussions. As referenced in earlier releases, Ne-Yo would be representing MusicMatrix in line with its National Dish Network ad campaign, internet banner ads, MusicMatrix site presence, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and other creative crossover strategies. 

“Ne-Yo is one of today’s biggest stars and we’re thrilled to move from discussion phase to contract phase with the short-form agreement,” states Dibiase. “We expect turnover for signature expeditiously.”

Known to millions, as Wikipedia puts it best, as an American pop and R&B singer-songwriter, record producer, actor, and occasional rapper, Ne-Yo has also amassed a catalog of chart-topping songs that he has written for other artists, penning lyrics for Rihanna, Janet Jackson, Mary J. Blige and Celine Dion as well as the chart topping, record breaking, Grammy nominated song “Irreplaceable” for Beyonce.  

Dibiase continues, “He has proven industry appeal with multi-platinum hits, five top ten Billboard Hot 100 hits and two Number 1 albums on the Billboard 200 and a video for the July 20th released single, ‘Champagne Life’, debuting September 21st this year. He is placed high on the industry’s most respected lists, marking the who’s who of today’s music with over 1,110,731, as of Friday, ‘liking’ his Facebook Page and over 56 million views on his MySpace page (http://www.myspace.com/neyo) to date. You can see how this correlates with a powerful market reach in terms of our campaign as it’s contractually agreed to have MusicMatrix marketed on the celebrity’s social networking platforms, among others.” 

The short-form agreement bullets an upfront spokesperson fee with a incentive plan in place to ensure maximum Artist exposure in line with the MusicMatrix brand and overall campaign efficacy.  “Under the final Agreement, Ne-Yo will commit to Commercial filming in line with our ad campaign to hit 44 million households for at least the first 6 months, multiple broadcasts via Social Networks such as MySpace, Facebook and Twitter,” states Dibiase. “He will also partake in Radio interviews, Live Chats and associate himself/herself with our logo and weblinks, email lists and would be assigning likeness rights to MusicMatrix for the duration of the campaign.”
