The total number of shares and votes in Endomines AB (publ) ("Endomines") amounts to 115,912,640 as at 30 April 2020.

The number of shares and votes in Endomines has increased by 2,465,000 during the month of April following the directed share issue informed on 8 of April, 2020.

Following the above-mentioned measures, the shares in Endomines amount to 115,912,640 and the share capital amounts to SEK 348,152,495.37.
