The total number of shares and votes in Endomines AB (publ) ("Endomines") amounts to 131,305,175 as at 30 October 2020.

The number of shares and votes in Endomines has increased by 15,392,535 during the month of October following the directed share issue to Transatlantic Mining informed on 8 of October, 2020.

Following the above-mentioned measures, the shares in Endomines amount to 131,305,175 and the share capital amounts to SEK 394,385,153.61.
