Change in the number of shares and votes in Endomines

Endomines AB, Stock Exchange Release 31 July 2019, at 12:00 CEST

The total number of shares and votes in Endomines AB (publ) ("Endomines" or the "Company") amounts to 79,957,043 as at 31 July 2019.

The number of shares and votes in the Company has increased by 44,549,555 during the month of July following the rights issue previously informed of. In connection with the rights issue, a bonus issue and reduction of the share capital have also been carried out in accordance with resolutions at the Company's Annual General Meeting. Following the above-mentioned measures, Endomines share capital amounts to SEK 240,157,105
