Change in the number of shares and votes in Endomines

Endomines AB, Stock Exchange Release 26 February 2021, at 11:00 CET

The total number of shares and votes in Endomines AB (publ) ("Endomines" or the "Company") amounts to 221,120,035 as at 26 February 2021.

The number of shares and votes in the Company has increased by 89,814,860 during the month of February following the rights issue and guarantee issue previously informed of. In connection with the rights issue, reduction of the share capital has also been carried out in accordance with resolutions at the Company's Annual General Meeting. Following the above-mentioned measures, Endomines share capital amounts to SEK 442,240,070.
