The total number of shares and votes in Endomines AB (publ) ("Endomines" or the "Company") as of 30 December 2021 amounts to 225,793,946.

The number of shares and votes in the Company has increased by 2,673,911 during December following the directed new issue of shares made under Endomines’ financing arrangement with LDA Capital. Following the above-mentioned share issue, Endomines share capital amounts to SEK 451,587,892.
