The total number of shares and votes in Endomines AB (publ) ("Endomines" or the "Company") as of 31 January 2022 amounts to 229,203,036.

The number of shares and votes in the Company has increased by 3,409,090 during January as a result of LDA Capital Limited converting part of its loan into shares in the Company. Following the conversion, Endomines share capital amounts to SEK 458,406,072.
