Change in the number of shares and votes in Endomines

The total number of shares and votes in Endomines AB (publ) ("Endomines" or the "Company") as of 31 March 2022 amounts to 261,198,378.

The number of shares and votes in the Company has during March increased by 28,571,429 as a result of the new issue of shares to the Company´s noteholders and by additional 3,423,913 as a result of LDA Capital Limited converting parts of its convertible loan into shares in the Company. Following the new issue of shares and conversions of the loan, Endomines' share capital amounts to SEK 522,396,756 and the number of shares and votes in the Company amounts to 261,198,378.
