The total number of shares and votes in Endomines AB (publ) ("Endomines") as of 30 September 2022 amounts to 267,198,378.

The change in the number of shares and votes results from the set-off issue of 500,000 shares to AJ EAB Value Hedge UCITS Fund announced on 17 August 2022.
