The total number of shares and votes in Endomines AB (publ) as of 31 October 2022 amounts to 6,679,959.

The change in the number of shares and votes results from the reverse share split of the company's shares with record date on 3 October 2022, through which forty (40) existing shares were consolidated into one (1) new share (Sw: sammanläggning 1:40). The reverse share split was resolved upon by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 26 September 2022.
