Rights issue in Endomines AB (publ) – last day of trading in shares including subscription rights is 4 January 2021 on Nasdaq Stockholm and 5 January 2021 on Nasdaq Helsinki

As previously communicated, the extraordinary general meeting in Endomines AB (publ) has today resolved to approve the Board of Directors' resolution from 30 November 2020 on a rights issue of approximately MSEK 281.

The record date for participating in the rights issue is 7 January 2021. The last day of trading in the Company's shares including the right to receive subscription rights in the rights issue is 4 January 2021 on Nasdaq Stockholm and 5 January 2021 on Nasdaq Helsinki.

Accordingly, please observe that the last day of trading including the right to receive subscription rights differs between Nasdaq Stockholm and Nasdaq Helsinki because Wednesday 6 January 2021 (the public holiday "trettondagen") is considered to be a settlement day by Euroclear Finland but not by Euroclear Sweden.
