STOCKHOLM, May 28, 2008 - Enea®, (Nordic Exchange/Small Cap/ENEA), a world leading provider of network software and services, today announced the appointment of board member Åsa Landén Ericsson as acting president and CEO following the resignation of Johan Wall. Before formally taking up the position on July 1 Åsa will work side by side with Johan to secure a smooth transition. Åsa comes most recently from the assignment as Managing Director of Scanpix Sweden AB.

Enea also announces the appointment of Carl G Sköld as acting CFO from August 1. Carl joins Enea on June 1 to work side by side with current CFO Håkan Gustavson, whose resignation was made public in connection with the interim report on April 23.

"Åsa Landén has thorough knowledge of Enea and is in tune with all projects currently underway. This makes her well placed to take over the responsibility for day-to-day operations on short notice. Åsa and Carl will both work side by side with the current CEO and CFO which allows for a smooth transition. It also enables the board to focus on the recruitment of the permanent CEO and CFO", said Staffan Ahlberg, chairman of the board, Enea.

"Enea is a world leading provider of software and services primarily to the telecom industry. The company is at the forefront of technology development in an exiting market. I look forward to working more closely with the team that I have gotten to know and respect during my years as a board member", said Åsa Landén.

Åsa Landén Ericsson is a member of the Enea board since 2003. Åsa comes most recently from the assignment as Managing Director of Scanpix Sweden AB. Åsa has a background in telecommunications from AT&T and Allgon and has also worked as director of IT and telecom investments at Catella. Åsa also serves on the board of Reijlerkoncernen AB and holds a M.Sc. Eng degree and a MBA from INSEAD.

Carl G Sköld works as an independent consultant since 2002 and has held assignments as CFO for Teleca, Resco, Seelig & Co and BTJ Group. Prior to that Carl held the position of CFO for Cap Gemini Nordic division. Carl has a Bachelor of Business Economics from the University of Stockholm and a MBA from the University of Umeå.
