YAMAHA Corporation has selected Enea’s real-time operating system OSE
Enea announced today that YAMAHA has selected Enea’s real-time operating system OSE. Under the agreement, OSE will be used in YAMAHA’s network product offerings within the enterprise segment. “We are very pleased that YAMAHA has selected Enea as their strategic partner. YAMAHA is a technology leader in the highly competitive market and considered to be a benchmark for many of its competitors. This order will further strengthen our position in Japan and on the Asian market”, says Per Åkerberg, President of Enea Embedded Technology AB. YAMAHA will use Enea’s real-time technology in its next generation networking products. OSE was selected by YAMAHA after evaluation of various other commercial real-time operating systems. "We decided to choose Enea's OSE because of its advanced and robust OS architecture, perfect memory protection and wide range of middleware. We also valued Enea’s ability to provide us with high-quality engineering services, support and training," says YAMAHA in a statement. For further information, please contact:
