Enea Data´s share splits 25:1 Earlier option rights listed th Record day for Enea Data ABs split 25:1 is determined to the 30 of June th 2000. The share will be traded as splited from the 28 of June 2000. The option rights program 1998/2001, directed to the employees in Enea, rd will be listed on OM Stockholm Exchange from the 3 of July 2000. Each right entitles the holder to subscribe for 26,25 shares in Enea Data AB to the issue price SEK 10.40 consideration taken to the split. The rights can st be used to subscribe for shares between the 1 of July 2001 and the st 31 of October 2001. The number of issued rights is 480 000 of which approximately 330 000 are spread among the employees. The board of Enea Data AB has decided not to dispose or use any of its the remaining possession. The listing is due to the request from the owners of the rights to obtain a certain level of liquidity in their holdings.
