CFO Lennart Bernard resigns from Eniro - Mats Lönnqvist appointed acting CFO

Following consultation with Chairman of the Board Lars Berg, Lennart Bernard leaves Eniro where he has served as CFO since 2000. Mats Lönnqvist has been appointed acting CFO and assumes this position immediately.

Mats Lönnqvist, 50, has served during the past four years as Senior Investment Manager at Ratos. Mats Lönnqvist has lengthy experience as CFO in several exchange-listed companies, including Esselte, and will be a member of Eniro's Executive management.  "I am looking forward to an exciting time with Eniro and to yet again assume the role as an operative CFO, says Mats Lönnqvist. As planned I am now reducing my involvement in Ratos and will long term focus on active board work".
