The total number of shares and voting rights in Eniro has during the month of November increased by 14,358,972 shares and voting rights through conversion of convertible bonds into common shares.

As of November 30, 2015, the total number of shares in Eniro is 477,240,899, of which 476,240,899 shares represent common shares and 1,000,000 represent preference shares. As of the same date, the total number of voting rights in Eniro amount to 476,340,899, of which the common shares represent 476,240,899 voting rights and the preference shares 100,000 voting rights.
