Changes to Eniro’s Nomination Committee

On September 20, 2010, Eniro announced the establishment of a nomination committee for the 2011 Annual General Meeting.

Following changes in ownership of Eniro, Hans Hedström, representing Carnegie Funds (previously HQ Funds), leaves the nomination committee of Eniro. Carina Lundberg Markow, representing Folksam, has been appointed as a new member of the committee.

Consequently, Eniro’s nomination committee for the 2011 Annual General Meeting consists of Maria Wikström (Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB), Peter Rudman, the chairman of the Nomination Committee (Nordea Investment Funds), Hans Ek (SEB Funds), Carina Lundberg Markow (Folksam) and Lars Berg, Chairman of the Eniro Board.
