Due to media speculations the Board of Directors of Eniro confirms that there are talks with SEAT concerning an offer to Eniro's shareholders. The talks have not been completed. The Board of Directors of Eniro has requested the Stockholmexchange to suspend trading in the Eniro share until further notice. The Board of Directors will issue a statement when new information is at hand.
