Eniro: Lars Guldstrand leaves Eniro - Lars Berg appointed acting CEO

The Board of Directors and Lars Guldstrand have agreed that Mr Guldstrand will leave his position as President and CEO of Eniro effect of today. The Board has appointed its Chairman Lars Berg to the position of CEO leading the company's operations until a new President and CEO has assumed his position. At the same time, Eniro's Chief Legal Officer, Mikael Engqvist, has been appointed President of the parent company Eniro AB (publ).

Lars Berg; Since its IPO and under Mr Guldstrand`s management, Eniro has developed rapidly from being a traditional directory company into a modern media company with a strong international position. However, during the autumn it has become evident that the Board and the President have diverging opinions regarding the future. Lars Guldstrand; I am plesed with what we have accomplished in a short period of time. Now, as it is obvious that the Board and I have different opinions about the future, there is nothing dramatic about us parting.
