Eniro 118 118 streamlines business to nine cities

Eniro 118 118 today announced that it is streamlining its business from 12 to nine cities. The move will achieve annual savings of at least SEK 20 million from 2006. Eniro will take a SEK 15 million restructuring charge on 2005 earnings.

In line with previously announced cost savings, Eniro 118 118 is scaling its business down from 12 to nine cities. The restructuring will take place in 2005.

“The move marks an important step toward boosting cost efficiency and forms part of Eniro’s previously announced cost-reduction program,” says Tomas Franzén, President and CEO.

Eniro reckons it will achieve annual cost savings of SEK 20-25 million beginning in 2006. The company will take a SEK 15 million restructuring charge on 2005 earnings.
