Eniro divests all operations in Baltic States

Eniro AB is divesting all operations in the Baltic States for a purchase price of about MSEK 80. The operations in Estonia and Lithuania are being sold to Interinfo Baltic OÜ, while the Latvian company is being acquired by a local investor. The sales are a step in concentrating Eniro’s operations to the Nordic region and Poland.

The sales cover all legal entities in the three Baltic countries. The sales are conditional upon the approval of the competition authorities in Estonia and Lithuania.

Eniro has been active in the Baltic States since the beginning of the 1990s and offers printed directories with contact information to private persons and companies, search-related Internet services and directory assistance. In 2004, the operations reported sales totaling MSEK 91, with an EBITDA of MSEK 3. The total number of employees is 490.
