Through the acquisition of Findexa on December 5, 2005, Eniro has held an ownership interest of 34 percent in the Norwegian direct advertising company DM Huset AS. Eniro is now selling its shares in DM Huset AS to the majority owner Bisnode AB for an amount corresponding to SEK 44 M.

In conjunction with Ebay’s acquisition of the net auction company Tradera, Eniro has also sold its 2.6 percent ownership in Tradera Nordic AB for about SEK 9 M.

The total capital gain for both sales of shares is about SEK 40 M.

The background to the sales is that the operations are not part of Eniro’s strategic direction.
