Eniro is focusing aggressively on its local phone directory - Din Del - and is therefore forming a new company with a separate organization to develop the product independently. In 2004, Din Del will hire some 100 employees and open offices in about ten locations in Sweden.

"The move is an aggressive strategy to better utilize Din Del's potential. In our estimation, local advertising markets are growing, and a player with a clear focus could handle them more efficiently, says Lars Berg, Chairman of the Board and Acting Chief Executive Officer of Eniro AB. The investment is estimated to create a charge of approximately SEK 5 M against consolidated earnings in 2004. Din Del is expected to achieve sales of SEK 200 M in 2004 and with a favorable potential for future growth and profitability. Din Del will be operated as a separate company with its own organization. It will be characterized by an innovative approach based on an entrepreneurial spirit including localization of the offices, designing of benefits packages, and more, in new and different ways. "We want to build an agile, energetic and cost-efficient operation. Our employees will be encouraged to find new ways to reach users and customers," says Peter Kusendahl, newly appointed President of Din Del. Peter Kusendahl was previously in charge of Eniro's international operations and has been president of Eniro Sverige AB. He has also worked in the US, where he was involved in establishing and developing local phone directories.   About Din Del Din Del, which lists local businesses, public services and residential phone numbers in a city or city district, is Sweden's most popular local phone directory.
