Eniro share redemption - Last day of trading in redemption shares is expected to be September 8, 2003 and payment of the redemption amount is expected to take place on 16 September 2003

Eniro's share redemption offer which entitled the shareholders to redeem every twentieth share for a cash payment of SEK 80 per share, approximately SEK 703 million in total, is expected to be paid out on September 16, 2003. The last day of trading in the redemption shares on the Stockholm Exchange is expected to be September 8, 2003.
