Eniro strengthens the organization in Finland

By creating separate business units focused on different market segments, Eniro is strengthening its organization in Finland.

The objective of Eniro’s new organization in Finland is to increase efficiency in the company’s sales, product development and marketing operations. Three separate business units have been established: Product Family Eniro (33 regional and seven local directories plus the eniro.fi search service), Portal & Classifieds and Product Family Yritystele (national and industry-specific directories targeting the B2B segment). Cost-efficient business units in close contact with the market provide Eniro with favorable prerequisites for meeting the competition in each segment in the new market situation that has emerged in Finland. The organizational change will not entail any personnel reductions or restructuring costs. “By consolidating expertise and focusing our activities by market segments, we will become more effective in meeting our customers. The new organization is a powerful effort to increase our competitiveness in Finland,” says Pär Kempe, President of Eniro Finland. Following its decision to launch 33 regional directories, Eniro provides full geographic coverage of Finland. For next year’s directory publication, Finnish authorities have selected Eniro as a business partner for advertising public information.
