Invitation to the Annual General Meeting of Eniro AB

The Board of Directors of Eniro AB (publ) has decided to convene the Annual General Meeting on April 5, 2005. Excerpts from the proposed agenda:
· Proposed dividend of SEK 2.20 per share
· Proposal for share saving plan
· Proposed authorization for the Board of Directors regarding acquisition of own shares

Dividend
The Board of Directors proposes that a dividend of SEK 2.20 per share be paid to the shareholders. The proposed record date for the dividend is April 8, 2005. If the Annual General Meeting approves the proposed dividend, payment is expected to be effected by VPC AB, the Swedish Securities Register Center, on April 13, 2005.

Share saving plan
The Board of Directors has decided to propose that the Annual General Meeting approve the introduction of a share saving plan to include all employees in the Nordic countries, as well as management in Poland. The proposed share saving plan is intended to encourage employees to purchase shares in the Company and thereby ensure that employees and shareholders have the same goals. Authorization to repurchase shares
The Board of Directors proposes that the Annual General Meeting authorizes the Board for the period up until the next Annual General Meeting to decide upon the acquisition of shares in the Company, provided however that the Company’s holding of shares in the Company shall never exceed 10 percent of all the shares in the Company.

Time and place
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday April 5, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. in the Wallenberg Room of Näringslivets Hus, Storgatan 19 in Stockholm. The doors will open at 4:00 p.m.
