New share issue in Eniro The Board of Directors of Eniro AB (publ) ("the Company") decided on May 4, 2001 to issue a maximum of 8,197,400 new shares in the Company as payment for all shares in Panorama Polska Sp. Z.o.o. On May 4, 2001, the Board of Directors reached the following decision regarding a new issue of shares. The Board resolved to issue a maximum of 8,197,400 new shares in the Company as payment to Telia AB (publ) for all shares in the previously announced acquisition of Panorama Polska Sp. Z.o.o. The purchase price for the shares consists of the newly issued shares in the Company and SEK 216,076,925 in cash. The new shares will be issued at a subscription price of SEK 116.78 per share. The Company's share capital will be increased by not more than SEK 8,197,400. Completion of the issue is, however, conditional upon receiving necessary approvals from the competition authorities in Poland.
