Sale completed in Belarus

Eniro has completed the sale of operations in Belarus and has thus divested all operations in Eastern Europe.

As previously announced, Eniro has sold operations in Belarus. The sale was subject to approval by the competition authorities and dependent on certain local registration measures.

All necessary prerequisites have now been satisfied, and the sale of Eniro’s operations in Belarus and has now been completed. With the sale of these operations, Eniro has now discontinued all operations in Eastern Europe.
