Competition authorities in Estonia and Lithuania have approved sale of Eniro’s operations to Interinfo Baltic OÜ.

As announced in May 2005, Eniro has sold all operations in the Baltic countries as part of the company’s focus on its core markets in the Nordic region and Poland. The transaction in Latvia was completed on May 31, 2005, while the sale of operations in Estonia and Lithuania was subject to approval by the competition authorities in each country.

Approval from the competition authorities has now been obtained, and the sale of operations in Estonia and Lithuania will thus be completed on August 31, 2005. The total sale price amounts to about SEK 80 M. The capital gain, as well as operating income for the period up until August 31, 2005, will be reported in Eniro’s consolidated income statement under the heading “Net income from discontinued operations”.
