The Russian antimonopoly authorities has approved the sale of Eniro´s operations in Russia to a subsidiary of Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd.

As announced in October 2005, Eniro has sold its operations in Russia as part of the company’s focus on its core markets in the Nordic region and Poland. The sale was subject to approval by the Russian antimonopoly authorities.
