Swedish Competition Authority approves Eniro's acquisition of Respons

The Swedish Competition Authority has today informed Eniro that the Authority has granted clearance for Eniro's previously announced acquisition of Respons from Telefos. Respons will be consolidated in the accounts of the Eniro Group from and including May 1, 2003.   Respons operates the leading Swedish directory assistance service under the brand 118 118 and the automated directory service 118 888 AutosvarÔ. Respons also offers an 118 118 SMS services, an Internet-based service as well as teleconferencing under the name Smart Meeting and text telephone operations for the hearing impaired on behalf of the Swedish National Post and Telecom Agency.
