Solna District Court has decided to approve the application for a corporate restructuring regarding the holding company Eniro AB (publ), the parent company of the Eniro Group, which was filed with the district court earlier today.

Lawyer Lars Eric Gustafsson, Law Firm Schjødt, has been appointed Administrator of the proceedings. The creditors' meeting is scheduled for April 28, 2020 at 3.30 pm.
