The competition authority in Germany, Bundeskartellamt, has granted approval for Italian Seat Pagine Gialle’s acquisition of Eniro’s German subsidiary Wer liefert was?

As a result of the approval, one of the decisive conditions for the closing of the acquisition has been met. The other conditions are expected to be fulfilled in the near future and it is anticipated that the acquisition in its entirety will be formally completed before the end of September.
