EnQuest PLC Annual Report and Accounts

Today EnQuest PLC (the 'Company') released its 2021 full year audited accounts and simultaneously published its 2021 Annual Report and Accounts ('ARA') on its website. The ARA is available on the Company website (www.enquest.com), under the Investors section.

In compliance with 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, a copy of the ARA will be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism via  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The 2021 ARA, along with Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting (which is not yet available), will be posted to shareholders on 14 April 2022.
