Change of Company Secretary

EnQuest PLC announces the appointment of Mr Stefan Ricketts, General Counsel, as Company Secretary with immediate effect. Mr Stefan Ricketts will continue in his role as General Counsel to the Company in addition to his new role as Company Secretary.

Mr Paul Waters will step down as Company Secretary with immediate effect, and will provide consultancy services to the Company on a continuing basis.
